I have been offer three session programs for many years. Beginning January 1st 2017, new programs of six and twelve.
I continue to provide the highest level of Performance, Preventative, & Restorative Care in the region. My studio is professional and functional for Bodywork Therapy & Movement Education. The services at Performance Muscular Therapy continues to be about quality over quantity. At every session(s) I strive to align my vision and expertise with your needs and goals. 
Wellness – Program: Three Sessions $255 
Prevention – Program: Six Sessions $500 
Performance – Program: Twelve Sessions $950 
My mission as Bodywork Practitioner at: PERFORMANCE MUSCULAR THERAPY™ since 1991 is to guide athletes and the physically active to Move Well In A Deeper Sense with Integrative and Deep Tissue Bodywork Therapy & Education. The intention is to organize the nero-myofascial network in relationship to the skeletal system to produce a balanced alignment for structural body support and a fluid ease of motion. Those who benefit from this work include: athletes, educators, artists, performers, fitness and movement professionals and individuals who seek to reach their true health and movement potential.
