I guide your body with Movement Education & Bodywork Therapy, which include Deep Tissue Bodywork | Sports Massage & KMI-Structural Integration.

Some begin the process with Deep Tissue Bodywork | Sports Massage and down the road take on the process of The KMI-Structural Integration Series.

Kinesis Myofascial Integration | Anatomy Trains Structural Integration: The KMI-Structural Integration 12 Session Series is completed in 3 to 6 months

The intention is to organize the myofascial network in relationship to the skeletal system, within gravity. The result is to produce a balanced alignment for structural body support and a fluid ease of motion.
